Do you provide International delivery?

  • Our shipping services extend internationally, ensuring that customers around the world can enjoy our products. On the off chance that delivery constraints prevent us from shipping to your location, we will quickly cancel the order and process a complete refund.

What is your returns/exchange policy?

- For products that do not contain personalized information.

  • Products without personalized names or numbers can be exchanged for items of equal value or returned for a refund.
  • If the exchanged item has a higher price, the customer must cover the price difference.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for any returns or exchanges.

- For products with personalized information

  • For items where customers can request personalized details such as names, logos, modifications, or patterns, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the mistake is on our part (e.g., the product size does not match the size chart, or the personalized details differ from the customer's order). Please carefully review the size chart before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection on personalized products.

  • If the personalized information on the product you received does not match the details provided in your order, please contact us with a clear photo showing the error. For products that you believe do not match the size chart description, provide a photo of the item laid flat on the floor with a measuring tape indicating the incorrect dimensions. This information will help our production team identify the issue and process a replacement or refund for you.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

  • Should there be a delay in the arrival of your order, we urge you to contact us immediately. With our utmost dedication to delivering outstanding customer service, we assure you that in the event of any delay, we will swiftly act to locate your shipment and address the concern.

Damages and Issues

  • Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly examine the items. If you discover any defects, damages, or discrepancies, such as receiving an incorrect item, please get in touch with us right away so we can assess the situation and rectify it.
  • In the event that you receive a product with damage, rest assured we are committed to replacing it under all circumstances. To initiate a replacement, capture a photograph of the damaged item and email it to us. After we review the photograph, we will work towards a suitable resolution or arrange for a replacement of the product.

Wrong Address But Item Already Shipped

  • It is your duty to provide an accurate shipping address when placing your order. If you realize an error in the address before your order has been shipped, please inform us immediately and we will try to correct it, although it cannot be guaranteed. If the error is only noticed after the item has been shipped, unfortunately, it will be regarded as the customer's mistake, and we will not be able to offer a refund. Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered

Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations for all subscriptions can only be processed after completing two billing cycles. If a cancellation request is received after a payment has been processed, rest assured that your subscription will be gracefully concluded, effective from the subsequent month.
